Anyone with information about a potentially dangerous situation can report it by calling the toll-free, state-wide number at 1-844-672-3352, submitting a web report by clicking the "Submit a Report" button, or using the mobile app (Apple Store or Google Play Store) to Report a concern from a smartphone.
All tips go immediately to a tip line technician 24x7x365. Tips are promptly analyzed and forwarded to designated personnel who can provide further assistance in resolving reported incidents.
